Reflection / Background
Fine art is more crucial than ever for the survival and health of our species.  A vibrant art culture is an indication of a vibrant society.  J.F.K., while honoring poet Robert Frost October 26, 1963, said, “[T]he nation which disdains the mission of art invites the fate of Robert Frost’s hired man, the fate of having ‘nothing to look backward to with pride and nothing to look forward to with hope.’”
